Your First Visit

During your first appointment, you will meet with Dr. Hudson to talk about your oral health needs. You’ll also get the chance to meet with our friendly staff and have all of your questions about cost or treatment answered.

What to Bring

Please complete the patient registration form online before your appointment. We also ask that you bring these items with you:

  • Your referral slip, if applicable
  • A list of current medications
  • Valid form of ID, such as a driver’s license
  • Insurance information
  • Previous dental X-rays, if available
  • Form of payment

Parents of Minors

Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the consultation appointment by a parent or legal guardian.

What to Expect

During your first visit, Dr. Hudson will perform an examination and take 3D scans of your mouth. He will design a treatment plan based on your specific needs and answer any questions you may have. He will also discuss your options for anesthesia prior to undergoing any surgical procedure to keep you comfortable and at ease. Our team will also provide you with a cost estimate and discuss your options for payment.

Our office is equipped with advanced digital imaging technology to produce detailed scans, which help when designing treatment plans and monitoring progress.
